Plugin: WooCommerce Multiple Email Recipients

Last Updated on: 17th January 2017, 02:09 pm

WooCommerce emails can only have one email recipient. Sometimes you need more then that. This plugin allows you to set up to five additional email addresses that can be used as additional email recipients for WooCommerce notification emails. You can select which email you want to have multiple recipients via the settings page.

The plugin supports WooCommerce core and WooCommerce Bookings notification emails.

  1. Hello Con,

Your plugin was working great for Woocommerce Version 2.6.14 but it does not seem to work with Woocommerce 3.0. I no longer get completed order emails like I did with the previous version of Woocommerce, so I had to rollback. Do you plan on making an update for your plugin where it will be compatible with Woocommerce 3.0? Your plugin is fantastic by the way. If you plan on making a premium version let me know. I would gladly pay for it.

      Hello John,

Thank you for the heads up and the compliment, appreciate it very much. You were right and I took some time to publish an update for my plugin that ensure WooCommerce 3 compatibility. It should now work fine with WooCommerce 3 and above. Please let me know if it is still failing for you. My local tests show good results, but there might always be something I missed.
At the moment I am not planning any premium version, but if I do I ll let you know.

      All the best,
      Con

      Hi Michael,
Thanks for the input. I need some more details please, because I cannot reproduce any error on checkout.
Can you upload your Woo system report and get me a screenshot of the error.
      Kind regards,
      Con

      Hey Todd,

Thanks for letting me know! I am pretty busy these days but I ll try to get to it this week. Might you have a debug error message for me?

      1. Thank you for your reply, I after further investigation have resolved the issue, it was not an issue directly with your plugin. Added an SMTP server now and all working well, thanks again.

      Hi there!

      > Can we attach different email adresses on each product to notificate?

Currently not. But they way that I would solve this is with a email mailbox rule. Most hosting providers allow you to set up mailbox rules and what you can try is something like “If product name A is in email subject, forward mail to A.”

      Hi Bhagyavant,

Thank you for your message. I was able to reproduce the error. The plugin filter currently is not paying attention to partially refunded orders, only orders that get completely refunded.
I have fixed the behaviour and will push an update via https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-multiple-email-recipients/ in the next 48h.

      Kind regards,

Plugin version 1.3 has been deployed.

  6. I use your product to ensure I am sending out emails as it is supposed to do, However I have several custom statuses and one for example that we use to “park” orders when we don’t have a complete address. Is there any way to have your multiple email plugin support custom statuses? If there is a cost to do so, please advise. This is an important feature for me. Thanks!

      Hi Guy,

      > However I have several custom statuses and one for example that we use to “park” orders when we don’t have a complete address. Is there any way to have your multiple email plugin support custom statuses?

That depends on how these statuses are added and what trigger they use. Could you give me some more details on how the “park” status is realised?

      Kind regards,
